Yael Stone, an Australian actress who is most well-known for her characters such as Lorna Morello on Orange Is the New Black Peretta Jones in Childhood's End and Dora Lumley in the film Picnic at Hanging Rock. The actress has also appeared in numerous other TV shows and films such as Spirited High Maintenance Deep Water Penn Zero: Part-Time Hero The Wilde Wedding and others. Also, she is known as a vocal advocate for women's issues and for her support of abortion rights and climate protection. Balmain Public school was where she completed her education. After graduating from Newtown High School of the Performing Arts and then the National Institute of Dramatic Art in New South Wales Australia she attended the National Institute of Dramatic Art.
